[Haven Tam]

Haven shrugged it all off. She didn't care if he left or not. She was still mad at him as well. "Joking is joking." She turned around and began to fiddle with the dials for the waves. Someone had sen tone, but she couldn't tell what it was. Right now, she was letting River deal with Daniel.

Daniel couldn't bare to have his sister mad at him. He knelt down next to her, "I'm really sorry sis, I didn't mean to say it. Please...tell me what I can do to make it up to you. I'll do anything." Daniel knew that offering to do anything for Haven was a bad notion, but it would be better than having her mad at him.

Haven didn't look at Daniel. She was thinking. She didn't know what she wanted him to do. Fiddling with some more things, she figured she had to go to the infirmary set up for their dad. She didn't know how Mal was going to be. They had to be prepared for everything.

Standing, she looked around. Finally looking at him she just went, "Think before you speak. Especially when Mal and Dad comes back." Haven headed out. Setting an arm on River, she headed to the infirmary to set up alone until her father came.

Daniel didn't know what else he could do. He wasn't sure if he should give her some time alone or if he should follow her and help her out. In the end he just slouched on the chair she was just sitting on and began to think about what he should do. He looked over to River but trying not to look her in the eyes, "I-I just....don't know what to do aunt River. I know what I said sounded bad and you know I didn't mean it like that."

"Just don't say it again" said River "Leave her be she needs some space"

River looked at Daniel, she loved him like she loved Simon and Kaylee, but sometimes his mouth and his head weren't communicating with each other. River was well aware of that fact.

"Daniel, when you get mad or in a fight with Haven you tend to talk and then think it's not a good thing. Simon used to do it, but then he figured out I could beat him at any argument anyway. Mal still does it sometimes when he gets mad at Jayne" said River

River couldn't help but smile at the memory of Mal and Jayne in a fight one day.

'You wanna run this ship' yelled Mal

'Yeah' yelled Jayne

'Well...you can't' said Mal

River pulled herself back to the present. She sat down at Wash's old spot. His dinosaurs were still there and they were going to stay there. This was Wash's spot this was where people could find him.

"Don't worry, I forgive you" said River "Let your sister cool off a bit though"

River was still barefoot she had been all day. Mal was going to yell at her about it later and River would just stand and not pay any attention to it. Right now though she was on the bridge with her nephew that would never know Wash. Zoe didn't come in there unless it was necessary for her to be in there.

"Wash" said River quietly picking up one of his dinosaurs.

Daniel felt a little better after getting his aunts forgiveness, but he still needed his sister's more than anyone elses. "Thanks aunt River, I won't say it again. After Mom and Dad get though with me I doubt I'll me allowed to say anything for a long time." He got up and gave River a hug and a kiss on her forehead, "I'm sorry again aunt River." He gradually made his way out and began looking for Bella.

"Alright" said River

She was finally feeling semi-normal again. She wanted Vincent back on board which for her wasn't unusual but she'd never gotten a note from him before. She knew about his past and what he did and the fact that he was technically married but River didn't care, Simon would though. River looked at the dinosaur and then eventually got up and left the room so she could be close by when Vincent got back.

Simon

Simon walked into the Bridge, a light on the comms flashing, he sat down and played the message "Hey, you guys hearing me? We found the place, not sure how, but Vincent just seemed to... know... Better get that old bird hot." Simon recognised the voice as Dave, even though they hadnt said much to each other earlier. It must have been his accent, he thought.

Simon pushed a button on the comms to send a message to all the coms terminals on the ship and said "Theyve found where theyre holding Mal, Daniel, I need you to get up here and start the ship up, everyone else, find a seat and buckle in." Turning off the comms, he made his way back to the Infirmary but went throught he cargohold instead for some reason.

Daniel returned to the bridge and began to work on the main console.

Simon

Simon came into the bridge, and looked at Daniel "What are you doing? Mal is back and you need to get this ship hot! Where is Jay, he needs to fly this boat." he said, he looked annoyed, and he must be if he let it show.

Daniel was nervous. He didn't know if he was anoyed just because the ship wasn't ready or because he know about what happened here moments ago. "Don't worry dad. I'm nearly finished here. And I've hardly seen Jay all day. Not since long before we went to save Mal."

Simon

"Ok, well, just get the ship started, If Jay doesnt get up here soon, Itl be between yourself and you aunt River to fly this boat. and you know how she flies" He said, remembering the last time that River had piloted Serenity. She missed everything and it was with her usual Grace and dexterity, but the twirls and loops had made even Mal feel ill.

Daniel was surprise at what his dad asked him to do, "But, but, I...don't know how to fly. Why don't you ask Vincent to join aunt River? He's had some flight experience." Daniel knew that putting Vincent behind the helm was a bad, even with River flying as well. He knew full well that Vincent doesn't fly in the conventional sense, but it was better than having to do it himself.

Jay wasn't about to go and sit in his cabin and just read anymore. He'd gotten far too sick of just doing that. So he'd moved from there and decided on a stroll to the bridge. Figuring that something was up. Mal was back by now, and they'd have to leave soon. Maybe it was time for him to take his rightful place as pilot of the ship.

Whistling quietly, he held up a hand in greeting to Daniel. "Hey, hear we're ready to go? Need any help finishing up?" He knew Daniel was good with the ships equipment, so was he. Between the two of them, they'd have this boat off the ground in no time.

Simon

Simon looked around to see Jay walking in, "Ah, there you are. Your taking her up, I believe." he said before turning to Daniel and saying "Dont worry, your just back up. Im going back to the cargobay to make sure everyone's allright." He turned before Daniel could say somehing back and left the bridge, heading for the Cargobay.
