Egh so I thought I would throw one of these up before I went to bed, and that way I could feel less atrocious about not posting anything. Maybe I will just go back and edit this entire thing as it is bound to be absolutely horrid. Okay well here it goes.
I am a 22 year old male named Joseph, but everyone calls me Joe. I am a full time student and a part-time bartender. I know everyone is always so shocked when they hear about the second bit as it seems 22 is a bit young to be a bartender but that is just because most people don't understand liquor laws. You can actually be a bartender if you are under 21 in certain states.
Anyways I digress...
In terms of things other than roleplaying and Firefly, in which my boyfriend got me into both. I really like to travel in fact I really don't feel complete unless I have taken a few large trips every year. Now whether those large trips are back to see my family is another story entirely.
I recently as in, a week and some days ago, got back from Seattle and will be leaving for the Grand Canyon this weekend. So like I like to travel.
Honestly I don't have much time for a lot of TV or movies and when I do they are usually watched with a group of friends. I don't actually have cable so a lot of what I watch is torrented. The boyfriend and I are trying to make our way through Castle but it is rather slow going when we have a vast amount of shows/torrents needing to be watched.
Urm what else...
A few other things I am sort of 'fan boys fan boys go go go!' over would be Battlestar Galactica, House M.D., Grey's Anatomy, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Archer, Left4Dead2, Portal, and Plants vs. Zombies. I actually got the PvZ game as one of my birthday gifts this year and became quite addicted. Yeah it was pretty bad just playing a video game as I hugged my magical unicorn named Charlie.
Okay so I got a Pillow Pal as well for my birthday that I saw at Target. You see, wouldn't stop dropping hints that I wanted the Pillow Pal that was in the shape of this unicorn. I am really sort of childish at heart. Which is perfect given the fact that I find myself in a healthy relationship with someone who also enjoys being childish at times. I mean there is nothing wrong with going to Target to buy some Nerf guys so you can ambush one of your best friends at BevMo right?
Which leads me to my next point I love wine. The taste, flavor, smell, and sensation is amazing to me. Which is why it is fantastic for me that I have a friend who works at a very well known liquor store with a vast amount of wine. My bartending skills are strictly hard alcohol only. I can make up my own drinks with the best of them but am pretty lost when it comes to wines.
Uhhh what else. I don't really know I guess if you have questions just ask? I tend to ramble so sorry this introduction is so long. I am also a huge music fan but to list every artist that i like would take about 20 years. So it is just safe to say that if you mention an artist there is a 99% chance I know them and an 80% chance they are on my ipod.
