The night was beautiful and the stars were shining brightly when they could be seen from behind the clouds. Once the clouds would pass over and the stars could be seen for a few moments before another set of clouds blocked them. The area was full of people running around and trying to enjoy the night life. Some market vendors were still open and selling to the late night travelers and music could be heard all around. The music was nice and festive but there was no festival going on. It was still loud and fun with the laterns on. A female was walking throught the crowds unnoticed as she walked around the large groups of people. She was a short female with blonde hair in nice curls. Keeping her warm against cool night was a thick jacket in a dark color and hidden in the inside pocket close to her chest was a metal gun. Her father's name was engraved in the handle and she could feel the gun agianst her body as she pulled the jacket closer to her. Of course she blended in well with the locals even though she was not a local. It was a skill that she had learned from traveling, always blend in no matter what. The bag she kept with her had so many odd pieces of clothing, from well worn pants to a fancy dress and everything in between. With her hands in the pockets on her jacket she kept walking and admiring everything. Persephone was not her home and it felt like she would never find a place to call her own. Secretly she was ready to find a place to settle down, even if it was something like a ship. A ship would mean that she could have her own room and that was all she wanted to settle down. It might be nice to at least know something familiar and not keep traveling and dealing with new people every few months. Actually she had been on Persephone for over a month and a half now so it was time she found a new place to go. After a while she made it to one vendor and sat down to have a drink there and relax a bit. It might have tastey awful but it was something. She sighed and let her gaze drift around the place. A soft smile appeared on her face as she tried to look friendly or something.

A young man clad in black walked down the streets. It wasn’t that he was trying to visibly hard to blend it it was more he wasn’t trying at the moment to draw attention to himself. The cloak he had on was covering the fact that he had on a blue shirt and cream colored pants. He had thought that it would be a good idea to stretch his legs and look around before her found a place to stay for the night. He’s only just arrived and hour or two ago. One of those last ships to touch down before it was actually considered way to dark to land. He had jobs to go look for. After all one couldn’t stick around to long when one didn’t have the money to do so. However her got away with not having to pay for most things and had a nice little pillow of cash at the moment so it was all good. He didn’t even have to pay his ride her mostly cause he fixed up a few things for them on the ride over.
The hood of his cloak was down revealing his messy curly hair. Though no one noticed him. It seemed as though he was not listening to anything either which in part was true. There was music playing he knew because he’d passed a few players and felt the vibrations of others. The vendors seemed to be selling some interesting things but for course he was on Persephone and it was his second time being there on his own with nothing to do that was. He’d of course been there for jobs but he always had someone showing him around and doing things for him. He rather liked being on his own though. Of course communication wasn’t exactly the easiest thing. People didn’t like hearing him talk so he didn’t most of the time. He had an electornic pad that he wrote on to help him out when talking to others. He was legally deaf but he did have some residual hearing in a sense which was why he could talk in the first place. He took a deep breath and went ambling down the street.
He wasn’t looking for anything particular and then he ran into someone by accident and the person started yelling at him as her recoiled and backed away. He wasn’t much for fights not that he couldn’t fight mind you. He could hold his own but a fight was not something her wanted right now. ”I am sorry I d...didn’t mean t...ta r...run into you.” he studdered out hoping that guy understood him. Which sadly for her he didn’t and then the punches came. Lucky for him everything he owned was in a bag next to him once things got into a full on fight. He took a few punches and then let all hell break lose so to speak. Of course when Alliance cops should be around they weren’t. Soon enough though the fight stopped with him being victorious and he was off with his stuff down the street a bit. He stopped at a place leaning against a chair that had a lady in it. He took a few deep breaths trying to calm himself as if nothing happened just in case someone came looking which they wouldn’t cause no one could have seen the blurr that was him running and beating the other man to a pulp. You just didn’t mess with him.

The man running the station was suprisingly nice and offered Madelyn a second drink for free. Of course she expected, free stuff was how travelers lived. Trading goods was the other way and Madelyn was lucky enough to have certain "good" that were easy to trade. It was awful to have to trade your body for items like a place to stay but in times like these one had to do what was necesary to survive. The offers from her father's old boss kept becoming more tempting to the young traveler.
Madelyn took another sip from her drink as she listened to the sounds of a fight breaking out. 'Nothing new' She thought to herself since on non core planets fights broke out often. Her eyes scanned the few others that sat at the vendor with her. A few pieces of hair fell in front of her eyes and danced in the breeze but Madelyn quickly tucked them behind her ear where they belonged. The blonde hair was something she got from her mother's genes and they grey eyes she got from her father.
Her hand was wrapped around the cup and the other rested on the bar top. In that moment her body looked perfectly relaxed but her reflexes were good. Probably not as fast as they used to be but that was because she was out of practice. Her father used to train her and since he was dead Madelyn found it hard get herself to do the training alone. Suddenly Madelyn was pulled from her thoughts as someone leaning against her chair. "Can I help you?" She asked.
