Get your commander so I can speak with her properly. Its always a nuisance speaking through comms or ants like yourself," he scooted them along. Now he was stuck playing the waiting game, but for some reason, he knew he wouldn't be waiting for long since colonels of ships often knew when something was wrong. It was like each one had some sort of instinct about their ship that they just knew when something was off. Today, Sam Battle was that sense Unity would get, but he hoped he would be a good sense and not a bad one.

["Colonel" Unity Axel]

A soldier hurried up to her as she was signing papers, sitting at her commanding officer's spot on the bridge, making sure all the paperwork was in order and doing some last minute things. He panted slightly and she paused and waited respectfully for him to catch his breath, knowing very well how large the ship was. It wasn't easy to get from one place to another, it was easy to get lost.

She quirked an eyebrow and blinked, hearing the news about a new arrival in the docking bay. Lovely, more trouble the Alliance had decided to drop on her lap. She thanked the soldier and stood, laying the papers in a neat stack on the desk and followed him out at a casual pace. She wasn't about to run down there. What she couldn't understand what the Alliance was doing sending someone of his... stature to her ship. Did they expect more things to happen than they were telling her about? She'd get to the bottom of it when she had a moment alone. Strangely enough she was getting some other interesting characters aboard as well. At least she'd had fair warning about them.

She stepped into the docking bay a few moments and a couple flights later. Her heels clicked on the floor and echo'd a bit, only drowned out by the workers going about their business with the fighter ships and the like. She was glad too, pretty sure the conversation she was about to have was going to be private.

She wore the Alliance uniform as always, button up shirt, coat with medals, skirt and heels, her hair done up in a bun and she seemed expressionless as always. "Interesting to have you on board sir," Interesting because she wasn't sure if it would be 'good'. "May I ask what brings you on board?"

," he mused idly, "And sadly I cannot divulge that information, even to a gorgeous beauty such as yourself. Which also comes to the point that I won't be taking orders from you. It is a depressing note since I would love to see what sort of orders you would give me, but I would still assist if you required my able body and it was available to you," he added on with a sly smile. Stepping closer to Unity, he crossed his arms over his chest, "You know, you would look much better liike," he trailed his voice off as a hand moved from his chest and to Unity's hair. With one gentle pull on the bun, he let her hair flow down and smirked at it, "Much better, now you are truly a sexy little colonel that anyone would be happy to bed." He wasn't sure if his charm would honestly work on this woman, but he couldn't just sit back and not attempt. No, that was not an option. So, he was going to pull out all of the stops in order to get this woman's emotionless gaze to twinkle with some life. That was Sam's plan and he was beginning to hope that the parliament wouldn't interfere in his desires too much.

Unity said nothing as she stood in front of this... odd man and simply raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to finish his... winded conversation. She was growing agitated and bored with him. She had seen plenty of men behave in this way. Only problem was most of them were her underlings and not the professional man she had assumed he was suppose to be. No emotions crossed her face and she remained a blank canvas thanks to her military and officer training.

She cleared her throat, hair falling around her face as he dared undo the bun she'd taken extra long to perfect that morning. She brushed it back off her shoulders and glanced up at him through her dark eyelashes. Yes perhaps she was being a little flirty but he deserved a little tease only to be denied. If he wanted to play this game, she would play but there could only be one winner.

"Thank you sir but I have to ask what your clearance is and what your mission aboard Allygiance is. I trust you say you are who you are but I like to follow protocol of you don't mind following me up to the bridge I can learn all about... your mission. Of course the ones that aren't classified beyond my rank."
