Cliché sighed deeply. He wouldn't normally be found in the passengers section, but one of his many duties was to give the place a once over every so often and he figured he might as well get it over and done with. Sometimes being in a Major wasn't a good thing. One of these days he was going to have to continue his lessons in delegation, but that was for when the ship had gotten underway.
According to the manifest they had a piece of military hardware stored in one of the passenger rooms. Why they couldn't just put it in the hull with the rest of it he'd never know, but it would pay for him to find out, just in case it was a danger to anyone on board. Jackson just hoped it wasn't anything chemical. He hated chemical weapons. But what could he do? Orders were orders.
Not even giving it a second thought he pushed the door to Dolly's room without even a knock and was caught by surprise at what he saw...

Dolly blinked and turned to look at the door, hearing it open suddenly. She thought perhaps that it was her Handler coming back from whatever he had disappeared to do. She guessed he went to get food because he only tended to leave her side when he needed to refuel. She seemed to recognize the intruder almost immediately. She probably had had every crew and passenger's face memorized before she had even boarded.
Standing straight with a blank face, she saluted the Major. "Hello Major. How may I be of service?" She asked softly, bringing her hand back down to rest at her side, staring at him. She didn't look like anything harmful but those who knew, those select few that knew the ins and outs of her workings, knew that was complete and utter bullshit.
"May I ask if the Major is lost? Your room is up a couple of floors I believe sir. Right next to Colonel Unity's." She wasn't trying to sound rude or anything, she really did think he was lost and needed some direction. She blinked again and watched him, waiting for an answer.

The Major stared for a few moments as he regained his composure. When he'd seen the listing on the manifest as military hardware he wasn't really expecting a beautiful eighteen or so year old who wouldn't've been out been out of place on a Core planet.
"No help required, miss," stated the Major finally sounding slightly confused. Jackson was slightly miffed as to why they had such a lady on board a military ship. Knowing his luck it was probably noted somewhere in his briefing and he'd skipped over it. Might pay to double check that when he had a couple of minutes to himself. "Just doing a routine check up of the ship before we get to settled down."
"Obviously someone has got the manifest mixed up," he muttered more to himself as he hit a few buttons on the manifest notes he had with him. "What was your name and purpose flying with the Allygiance?" Sounding as polite as he could given the situation.

Dolly blinked and tilted her head to the side slightly, listening as he talked, sounding rather confused as he checked over his manifestations. As he asked for her name though, she stood up straight and curtsied to be polite.
"I am experimental humanoid weapon first gen version nanotechnology ex two alpha zero codename Dolly owned by and operating for the Alliance and its mission. Pleasure to make your acquaintance. How may I be of service for you?"
Her oddly colored blue eyes flashed slightly as she seemed to process the situation and such. Information passed quickly in her mind and it may not have registered on her face but you could see her brain working hard on any and all possible actions to take should the commanding officer in front of her so ask for it. "I do not believe your manifestations are correct sir. This is the room I was assigned. I am labeled under military weaponry."

Jackson frowned heavily as Dolly introduced herself. Obviously his superiors had figured it was above his pay grade and it probably was. He hated things that we above his pay grade, but if she'd been assigned then there was nothing he could about it.
"Umm, as you were?" He stated unsureof wheather he had any actual authority over the 'weapon'. This was certainly going to be interesting to say the least.
Cliche checked the manifest on last time, making a mental note to update it with some sort of note so that whoever he did eventually delegate the job to didn't make the same mistake. "That is what you're noted down here as. Just seemed somewhat strange is all. Was just checking that it was correct is all."

Dolly blinked, staring at him, seeming rather confused. Why was it so hard for him to understand that she was the greatest weapon ever developed thus far by Alliance and co.'s technology? She didn't think it was strange, then again, she didn't find anything strange. Her brain worked more like a computer than a human's. She didn't spend her time pondering. She either understood, could figure out a solution, or there was no information on the subject and it would be classified as unimportant and she wouldn't think of it again. Well for the most part. Sometimes her human nature tended to creep out and she would be struck with an odd sensation. Curiosity.
"Would you like any help with your checklist sir?" She asked and took a step closer to him to get a glance at the list. "If you would like to check my clearance I would understand. I'm told quite often I look rather young to have such clearance to the Alliance. I promise I'm not that young and I do have a mind full of things that may be able to help." It was better than just sitting in her room. She was put on board to help them and help them she would do.
