"Just Sophia or Lila please."
» Great, now that we've got that covered. How old are you?
"I’m twenty-five years old, not that you should ask a lady her age."
» I see, and you're in where do your allegiance lie?
"Well I’m an Alliance because my job needs me to be so. Off the record? It’s not so much that way."
» With that tidbit aside, tell me is what floats your boat *wink* if you know what I mean?
"Neither in a sense. I don't see a person as male or female but the person that they are."
» You know, has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like...?
"Miranda Kerr, from Earth That Was. Yes, they have."

Let's talk about your personality.
» What are a few of your favorite things?
"Well I do like many of the cliche companion things. Such as painting, dancing, calligraphy, reading and the finer things in life. When i do loosen up I very much enjoy playing pool and having debates. Well, more discussions then debates really but politics and people’s thoughts fascinate me. I very much enjoy spicy foods though I can’t enjoy them around my clients. My big hobby is doing cork carvings. It’s an older Oriental practice and I sell my works under another name. I also enjoy to go for walks to just walk. I have very simple things I like to do. Mostly I pick up things on a whim but get bored with them easily. It’s why I could never be a personal companion."
»That's interesting. Is there anything you absolutely dislike?
"Sneakers. I absolutely despise them. I can see for people who like to be athletic but I find the annoying. I also don’t do well on ranches or anyplace with excessive heat, such as desserts. I prefer cooler climates. Also, blood makes me faint on sight. It’s a condition. I’m getting better at controlling it but it can be hard. When alone I practice my breathing techniques in case something happens with a client. I’m also not a big fan of gambling. I do enjoy a good came of cards or the races, but I never bet myself. The other big thing that bugs me is people who are disrespectful. I understand people don’t like my profession, but at least respect that it’s a job. I’m no doxy who just spreads her legs, I engage my clients in conversation, attend balls and enjoy tea with them. I respect that the ones loyal to the Alliance have to do their jobs as do the ones scattered along the Verse taking whatever jobs they can. Please do not disrespect me unless I have offended you personally."
» Hm, what is your greatest fear?
"Dying alone. I do have friends and then clients who care, but they are not family. Unless something happens my parents will pass before me and then what about me? That thought terrifies me."
» Yeah, that is scary. Do you have any dreams for the future?
"I hope to own a hotel one day when I retire from my job as a companion."
» Wow, I hope you succeed. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
"Well, aside from this interview, I’m usually a very private person. my clients don’t know too much about my personal life. Some non-significant tidbits may come out but that is all. I have a couple close friends for those things. When not having to keep up my proper ways, such as at home, I love to laugh. I laugh at most anything that happens. Mainly because I can’t do much else physically exhausting. I cannot risk getting injured because that means clients do not want me and lost wages. Being a companion, I’m big on rituals. Sometimes it can be a bit to the extreme. I have a whole ritual after my cleaning lady is done. I like to keep very neat and things have to be how I want. Pleasing my clients, when in my own home I must be able to control everything. It can be bothersome to my more casual friends. Also, instead of lashing out with my tmeper, things get bottled in. Unfortunately that leads to an explosion of emotions on my part. It leaves me exhausted after that happens, so I just go pass out. After a short rest, I am better. Doing my cork carvings keeps me calm because it takes a lot of focus and redirects that negative energy."

» So tell me, where are you from? What did you think of it?
"I was born and raised on Osiris. Like other planets, it has it’s good and it’s bad. We lived on the edges of the city so we had an expansive estate but we’re very close to the life of it."
» Do you have any other family? Parents? Siblings? Extended? What do you think about them?
"I just have my parent’s in my life. I am their only child as far as I know. My grandparent’s have mostly passed, aside from one grandfather. He has remarried but I do not consider his wife family. I love my parents and respect them for letting me chose my own career in life. Being a companion does bring a lot of respect but other look down upon it. Now that my parent’s have come around, we are on good terms."
» What is your worst memory/memories?
"That's a tough one. My life was fairly uneventful but I msut say my coming out party at sixteen. It was a disaster. An old boyfriend showed up whom was not invited. He stirred trouble and a challenge was set forth. The duel didn't go well and he ended up being killed. That broke my heart a bit because we were stillfriends but that's how it is in our society. I have moved past that now but that would have to be it."
» What is your best memory/memories?
"I have a couple. One was when I was ten. My parent's and I went on a picnic and it was a perfect day. There were no lessons and my father didn't have to work. Also te day I went to the Acedemy to become a companion plus the day I was launched when finishing my training. My parent's were very accepting as they encouraged me to take my own path in life. Father would have preferred that I take over the buisness but that is not me. My cousin can have it."
» Where are you now? What are you doing with your life?
"As stated I am working as a companion. Right now I am takig clients on Persephine but I am thinking of looking for a ship to have a contract with. That is undecided though. I still fly to PLANETNAME ofteb to visit my parent's vut that can change if I find a ship. Nothing else is goong on in my life though. I have an apartment where some clients come if they do not have a home here. Get back to me in six months and I'm sure things have changed for me by then."
