We have two forms to chose from. They have the same basic information required, just one looks pretty while the other one is simple. Use whichever one you want! They don't have a lot of requirements which makes it even easier for you the player. An interview style app will follow within the nest week or two. If you have your own application you would like to use, you are welcome to. just make sure some key things(allegiance, occupation, personality & history)
