Jules had found a way to sneak on the firefly class ship she's seen docked. She knew people would be coming back to it but she was looking for some food and possibly a ride she just didn't want to pay for it. After all the chip inside of her was causing a bit of pain to go through her body. She was ignoring it though. She had to if she wanted to stay out of the damned academy. She needed to stay out of the damned place after all. She was on a mission of her own. Trying to find her parents if they were even alive and she hardly knew where to start really. She had gotten a little information the last time she was back in the academy before she escaped. It was a start she supposed. She knew her mother was from some place other than where she had her. So she had started the search but even she was sure it was going to wind up being a dead end. He parents had apparently not wanted her so why did she want to know them so much.
She shook her head as she found a few strawberries and then heard voices. She quickly found her way back down to the cargo bay and hid inside the wall or rather where one would stuff things being smuggled. She didn't want to get caught at the current moment. She held her breath and sunk into the darkness of the area just waiting there. She wasn't sure how many were on the ship but at the moment she cared not either. So long as they didn't find her until they stopped the next time or something like that. She closed her eyes and just waited. It seemed like a while before things quieted down again and she felt like she could make minimal noise.
She was moving around and getting comfortable when she heard movement and stopped moving herself and held her breath hoping no one was going to find her hiding spot. She trained her eyes on what could be considered a door and waited.

Arabella was still getting over her little bug but was feeling a whole lot better. Today was her first venturing further then her room and the galley. After checking in on the supplies, a sigh went through her. She needed to seriously get some more meals made. After pulling her hair back in to a ponytail before she left what held her job. That would come a little later, after she moved the achiness from her bones. It sucked being bedridden for the past few days. As her legs stretched with walking through the halls, she heard laughter from various places in the ship. The cargo bay had the most room for her to move about. Arabella figured she could try doing some stretching exercises to help with all the tension. As she reached the landing, she heard a bit of noise. Figuring it was just the ship as it moved through the blackness, she moved down the stairs.
reaching the main area, she looked around. At first it’d look sparse to a newcomer. But there were larger cargo boxes against the sides as well as some motorized vehicles that the crew used. But everything in those boxes were personal items of the crew and some of Haven’s. All of Arabella’s things were tucked away in her room. Lately, in staring at the things, she wondered to herself if she should leave. What if things got too hot? According to Bettie though her betrothed was searching for someone else, her grandmother still wanted to find Arabella. If anything out of sheer spite. The young blond sitting here was getting worried about that. Everyone on the ship new that, and she did well to hide herself, since it was nothing like River running. Yet, she wanted to keep everyone here safe. Especially after how great they were to her when she wasn’t feeling well. Well, almost everyone was.
Malcolm didn’t seem too keen on the idea of poorly made food again. She’d change that quickly enough. Then while cooking she’d spend some time debating on how or when she might leave Serenity. Haven told her the day she left that once someone came here they were forever changed. Maybe so. Arabella felt like there was still plenty of good out there again. As she walked around the cargo bay she hummed lightly before she stretched her arms above her head. Out of the corner of her eye’s she noticed changes in the light. She didn’t think much of that, like the noises, because she was still getting used to being away from the dimness of her room and the cooking area.

Jules continued to hold her breath. She really was in no mood to be found by anyone at the moment. After all that would mean that she'd have to explain herself and that was not something that she wanted to do in the first place. It would be hard to explain why she had made her way onto the ship and hide in the first place. After all she was not sure how these people would deal with stowaways. She exhaled and inhaled rather quickly again hoping that the person walking around would not hear her at all. Time passed and no one seemed to be coming over so she started to breath properly again. She knew how to make her presence not known but she was not liking how close she was to being found out. She closed her eyes trying to keep the pain going through her body at bay.
She finally got comfortable and almost hit the wall with her foot. However in trying not to make sound her shoulder hit the wall a bit and then her other foot hit. She gasped and was sure that she was going to be found out. She curled up again and made no sound for a long time. She just waited. Keeping herself under control at the moment. Her head was starting to kill her and she was by no means happy about having to try to ignore it when it was becoming a bit more unbearable. She took another deep breath and continued to hope that no one would find her but after the loud thuds she was sure someone might come and look. She was now trying for formulate an answer to give anyone. She really didn't want to be found by the Captain of the vessel that would be well not to good to say the least.
She moved her hand to her pocket. At least she had money for passage if she was found. So much for keeping quiet though. She sighed and curled up tighter trying to blend with the darkness. However she was sure that her hair would give her away anyways. She could hope though. She closed her eyes calming her nerves and making it easier to for her to deal with the pain cursing through her body. Her shoulder had already gone numb and her arm was on the way to being numb. However she could feel it in her head the most. She opened her eyes hoping that images would not be fed to her at all if she kept her eyes opened. She was calming for now but that could change in a matter of seconds.
