The night terrors have been getting bad. probably because the night I was raped is drawing up close. I feel like I’ve mostly got over it but when those images fill my nights it gets hard again. At times I am just a zombie moving through the halls-like my first couple months here. I’ve finally been able to sleep for a few hours in a row without much trouble, leaving me rested. That seems to be changing now. I’m hesitant to go to Simon for help because I don’t want to explain what had happened. No one really knows except for Bettie but even then she doesn’t know the whole story. Cheap coffee is becoming a part of my bloodstream again.
