I may have found home. It's a place called Serenity. Weird huh? To find a ship named such. It's not for peace though-the battle that lasted a lifetime as my father called it. The one that haunted you. This crew are browncaots. Somehow I'll fit in. I need to find my place.
I have yet to meet their captain yet. But River-who hired me-is such a sweetheart. The Alliance messed with her. She met my grandfather. But if all goes well, I can help make her better. Maybe not compeltely, but somewhat.
Then Haven is ncie to me. She is trying to be a medic. Like her father. I met him briefly. Her mom is the mechanic and form what I hear, great at it. She seems so warm and accepting of me. No has ever been that accepting.
Accept Daniel. He's on this ship. Someone totally different. Makes me feel...special. Like the only girl here fo rhim? W ejsut met but we're dating. Crazy huh? After everything I'm acting like I'm back planetside and in school. I just feel like nothing else matters around him. Alec never made me feel this way. Not once. Daniel is different. Special. I just need to find out more.
