Now that we've got the londinum plot sorted, its time to start discussing the next one.
Now very early on, Vincent sent a transmission to his old ship with no response. After they leave Londinum, Serenity will pick up an encoded transmission saying that they got mixed up with The Cornells - gangsters that are kind of like Niska's replacement. His crew were investigating them for links to the alliance and possibly the academy. The Cornells found out and the have no gone into hiding, except two of them get captured. Vincent will want to go help them get out of it.

Vincent has some money hidden way for emergencies. Hidden caches, secret bank accounts that sort of thing. not to mention the fact that his crew will pay them for helping out. take your pick.

Ok Simon and River's parents are going to the ball. Having being long time friends of Laline's, they are invited. Just Bella never knew them.
This could blow the plan. Simon is pretending to be married to Inara remember?

I mean, His parents dont know that he is married to Kaylee, and they dont know Inara... they probably dont even know that he is married at all...

Okay I only read the newest few replies...and I know how it could blow the plan. Even though Simon's parents haven't met Kaylee- I assume somehow Simon will have to introduce his parents to his real wife- then that might blow everything if the truth of Daniel's 'parents' (mostly Inara not being his mother) and it might upset the whole plan- in terms of Bella's grandmother being just a little accepting (if possible)- understand? If not- forgive me. I'm a mite tired- just thought I'd say something. Plus I wanna get to play the awkward part of meeting Simon's parents :: muahahaha :: Luv and hugs everyone, stay shiny!
